Chill Season Pass - pricing below

Chill 30 Day Pass (30 Consecutive Days) - available at stated price (below) throughout the season.

The Chill Season Pass accesses the following 13 ski areas: Rainbow, Hanmer Springs, Mt Lyford, Fox Peak, Mt Dobson, Awakino, Porters Alpine Resort, Cheeseman, Broken River, Mt Olympus, Temple Basin, Craigieburn,* and Tukino.

*Craigieburn access is limited to weekdays only unless staying in their lodge on the weekend.

The Adult Season Pass is priced for non parents. 

The Parent Pass is available to a family of one or two parents who purchase a Youth/Child and/or a Junior Pass. The price of the Parent Pass is quoted for one parent, and a second pass must be purchased for another parent.

The Grom Parent Pass can be purchased when a Parent Pass is purchased and there is a Grom 5 years and under in the family. This is the second Parent Pass and cannot be purchased on its own.

 

Age Groups

Chill Passes are split in to Adults, Student, Seniors, Youth, and Junior.

Adult: Open Age to 65 Years

Student: Full Time at a Tertiary Institution in New Zealand or Australia during the ski season (proof of full-time enrollment must be shown to obtain a student pass, student ID is not sufficient proof of full-time study). The onus is on you to provide us with sufficient proof eligibility for Chill Pass rates where required. If you cannot provide sufficient proof, a pass will not be issued and we have to ask you to upgrade to a pass at the applicable rate.

Youth: 11 years - 18 years at 21st June 2025

Junior: 6-10 years at 21st June 2025

Grom: 5 years and younger at 21st June 2025

Senior: 65 Years or over at 31 August 2025 - proof may be required.

The Parent Pass is available for sale when you purchase a Youth and/or a Junior Pass. The price of the Parent Pass is quoted for one parent, and a second parent pass must be purchased for another parent.

The Grom Parent Pass can be purchased for the second parent when a full-priced Parent Pass is purchased and there is a Grom 5 years and under in the family. You can only purchase one Grom Parent Pass- the other parent needs a full-priced Parent Pass. The Parent Pass - Grom cannot be purchased on its own.

A birth certificate will be required for proof of child's age.

Note: With the Chill Season pass you must purchase a Youth/Child and/or Junior Pass as part of the Adult Parent Pass mix.  There is one exception, if your child is under 6 years.

The Parent Pass gives you unlimited access under the same terms as the Adult Season Pass.
