New Zealand Delivery
For all NZ orders we use NZ Post and NZ Couriers, and for bikes PBT Couriers
If the product is in stock the order will usually be shipped within 24hrs, (Monday - Friday) if the product needs to be ordered from a supplier then the goods maybe shipped within 48-72hrs.
All local orders (excluding bikes and bulky items) are charged a flat fee of NZD $9.99 and ship using a standard service. Rural address are charged $17.99.
Bike purchases over $2,000 qualify for free shipping and excludes sale items/bikes.
Standard delivery time for South Island is usually next business day. North Island is 2 business days. Rural Address add 2 days. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information
Once it has left the store it is at the mercy of the couriers. Please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if it has not arrived when expected.
Click & Collect: We offer an in-store pick up service. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please visit the shop at 287 Durham Street North.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company.
At this time we are not shipping internationally.
